Farage coming to Hartlepool

March 1, 2019 9:37 AM

This guy tries to make out he's one of us but he's not - he's just interested in his own agenda (and there's many ex Ukipers out there to back that up). He's one of the most unproductive MEPs out there (statistics for voting and attendances show Farage is ranked 738th out of 751 MEPs for productivity.) He's using Brexit for his own ends, and has some very interesting friends who appear to have close link with Russia, and some other unsavoury characters. He should not be welcomed in Hartlepool. Yes, the people of Hartlepool voted in favour of Brexit and are right to demand that the UK Leave the EU. But to think Farage cares about us and our town and that we are anything more than an obstacle to walk through on his way to London, and the adulation he craves, is to deceive ourselves.
